What happened

During an emergency medical transport mission, a twin-engine aircraft crashed into the ocean near Bequia Island. The flight originated from Kingstown-E. T. Joshua Airport and was destined for Canouan. While the aircraft was in the cruise phase of its journey, it experienced an uncontrolled descent into the water.
