Incident Overview
An airplane on final approach to runway 01 encountered a strong gust of wind at a speed of 85 knots as it crossed the runway threshold. The gust caused the aircraft to gain altitude and turn right, heading toward the terminal area. To avoid a potential collision, the pilot-in-command initiated a left turn. During this maneuver, the left wingtip struck the ground, leading to a crash near the runway.

All 18 occupants aboard the aircraft were rescued following the accident. The aircraft sustained damage beyond repair.
