What happened
On February 3, 2023, a Learjet 60, registration LV-FVZ, was performing a non-scheduled commercial flight from Laguna del Sauce International Airport to San Fernando International Airport in Buenos Aires. During the landing phase of the operation, the aircraft veered off the left side of the runway.
While the aircraft sustained minor damage, the incident resulted in two passengers sustaining minor injuries. There were no injuries reported among the flight crew.
The investigation
The investigation focused on the circumstances surrounding the aircraft's departure from the runway centerline during its arrival at San Fernando International Airport. The inquiry examined the flight path and the mechanical state of the aircraft at the time of the excursion.
