Incident Details
On 30 June 2017, a Robinson R-44 helicopter (registration RA-04175) was performing a visual flight rules (VFR) flight for general aviation purposes. The pilot-in-command had received clearance for a route from Kysyl-Bayrak to Sarsaz Gory. The helicopter was carrying one passenger and operated in airspace classes G and C.
Preflight Preparations
Preflight inspection revealed no remarks regarding the aircraft's condition. Since Kysyl-Bayrak lacked a designated medical professional authorized to conduct preflight medical examinations, the pilot-in-command assumed responsibility for crew fitness assessment in accordance with applicable regulations. The helicopter was fueled with 176 liters of Avgas 100LL (full tank). Takeoff weight was calculated at 1053 kg, within the maximum allowed 1134 kg specified in the Robinson R-44 flight manual. The center of gravity (CG) was 2390 mm, also within the permitted range of 2370–2490 mm.
Flight and Forced Landing
At 16:35 local time, the pilot reported takeoff to air traffic control via VHF radio. At 16:38, the helicopter performed a forced landing. The pilot and passenger sustained no injuries. The aircraft suffered damage as a result of the landing. No destruction occurred on the ground, and no fire was reported.

The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) released the final report on the incident. No probable cause was stated in the source material.
