Flight Preparation and Relocation
On 10 May 2019, under the direction of the General Director of AlYur Plus LLC, a helicopter was flown from its permanent base at the "Solnechnaya" site in Voronezh to a temporary site near the settlement of Mosalskoye in Voronezh Region.
Pre-Flight Activities on 16 May 2019
On 16 May 2019, flights were scheduled to observe agricultural fields. The planned route was: Mosalskoye – Dzerzhinsky settlement – Krugloye – Mosalskoye. The helicopter's trajectory, as recorded by the pilot's GPS navigator, is depicted in Figure 1 of the original report.
At 01:15, after arriving at the temporary site near Mosalskoye, an engineer from "ATB Solnechny" LLC performed operational maintenance on the helicopter. A work order for operational maintenance (No. 312/04196) was completed. Following a pre-flight inspection, the pilot-in-command (PIC) accepted the helicopter without discrepancies, as noted in the aircraft logbook.
Weather and Medical Clearance
The PIC obtained a weather forecast from the official website of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Aviamettelecom Rosgidromet" via the personal account of AlYur Plus LLC, under contract No. 73AK/2018 dated 26 February 2018. The forecast did not preclude the flight. Due to the absence of medical support at the temporary site, the PIC made the decision to fly based on self-assessment of fitness.
Flight Execution
At 01:30, the decision to depart was made. At 01:53, the PIC took off from the temporary site near Mosalskoye and flew to the area near Dzerzhinskoye. At 02:03:30, the PIC landed at the temporary site near Dzerzhinskoye. Subsequently, field inspection work was conducted in that area; the GPS navigator was not activated during these flights. The flights proceeded normally without discrepancies.
Second Flight Segment
At 06:36, the PIC took off from the temporary site near Dzerzhinskoye. [The source text ends abruptly here; further details are not available.]
