What happened
During a scheduled training mission, a twin-engine aircraft impacted a heavily wooded slope on Mt Ozusu, situated within the Miyazaki prefecture. The impact occurred while the aircraft was operating in a mountainous region, leading to the total destruction of the airframe.
There were no survivors of the accident. Both members of the flight crew, comprising two fatalities, were killed upon impact with the terrain.
