What happened
During a flight traveling from Mexico City to Cali, a single-engine aircraft operating for the Cristina Adventista Congregation encountered a fatal accident. As the flight was performing its approach into León-Fanor Urroz Airport, the plane went down in a nearby forested region.
The aircraft was carrying a total of six people, consisting of one pilot and five passengers. The impact of the crash resulted in the total destruction of the airframe. All six occupants sustained serious injuries during the event.
