What happened
During an unauthorized flight operation, an aircraft was involved in an accident while attempting to land in the vicinity of Las Minas. The incident occurred while the crew was engaged in the transport of illegal contraband. Upon impact during the landing phase, the aircraft sustained structural damage so severe that it was declared a total loss.
Following the event, authorities discovered a significant quantity of narcotics on board the vessel, specifically totaling 4 tons of cocaine. Despite the severity of the impact and the destruction of the airframe, there were no injuries reported among the occupants.
