What happened
While operating in transit, the flight crew encountered meteorological conditions that had fallen below required visibility minimums. During this period of low visibility, the aircraft struck a hill in the vicinity of Nizhneangarsk.
The impact resulted in the total loss of the airframe, which was determined to be damaged beyond repair. Despite the severity of the collision, there were zero fatalities and no injuries reported among those on board.
