Upon arriving at the destination at 12:40 local time, the aircraft landed on runway 02. As the pilot initiated braking maneuvers following touchdown, the plane drifted toward the left side of the runway. The aircraft exited the paved surface at an estimated speed of 61 knots. During the excursion, the landing gear was lost, and the plane eventually came to a stop where it ignited. The resulting fire caused the total destruction of the aircraft. The pilot sustained injuries during the event.
