Air Oceania expands New Caledonia island flights from October
Air Oceania will add services from Nouméa-Magenta to Maré and Ouvéa under a schedule approved by the New Caledonian government, running through February 2027.

Air Oceania will expand its services from Nouméa-Magenta to Maré and Ouvéa from 1 October. New Caledonia's government approved a flight schedule running through 28 February 2027.
The carrier will keep its existing weekday flights to both islands and can add a daily flight to Maré or Ouvéa when demand requires it.
To free up capacity, the airline formerly known as Air Loyauté is ending its daily Lifou service, which it had operated since May. Air Calédonie resumed flights to Lifou in June, has not been able to fly to Maré since 2 March, and has served Ouvéa only on a limited basis since 10 September.
Air Oceania uses a nine-seat Tecnam P2012 Traveller on these routes.
