Air Serbia to add Miami and five other routes from Belgrade in summer 2027

Air Serbia plans six new services from Belgrade for summer 2027, including a twice-weekly long-haul link to Miami from May, its chief executive said.

Air Serbia will add six routes from Belgrade to its summer 2027 schedule, with Miami as the most prominent newcomer. The Serbian carrier intends to serve the Florida city twice a week from May, according to remarks by chief executive Jiri Marek to the television channel RTS. That would bring the airline's US destinations to three.

The other additions roll out earlier in the year. Flights to Yerevan in Armenia begin at the end of March. In April the carrier restores its Helsinki service, suspended since March 2020 at the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Cluj-Napoca joins the network at the end of May as Air Serbia's second destination in Romania alongside Bucharest. Chisinau in Moldova and the Balearic island of Menorca follow in June.

With those changes, the airline would serve nine destinations in Spain. It would also mark its first service to Moldova.
