A dispute over carry-on baggage delayed an Austrian Airlines flight from Vienna to Amsterdam by about an hour. According to a passenger account, cabin crew asked a man to stow his hand luggage elsewhere. A heated argument followed, during which he insulted the crew. The captain then decided not to carry the passenger. Together with the purser, he escorted the man and his daughter off the Airbus A320. The flight departed with a delay of roughly one hour.
