Binter revamps Binter Más frequent flyer programme
The Canary Islands carrier is reworking its loyalty scheme, adding a top-tier status and linking status to both flights taken and points collected.
Binter is changing how its frequent flyer programme, Binter Más, works. Status will now depend on both the number of flights taken and the status points collected, instead of a single measure.
The programme also gets a new top tier, BinterMás Cumbre. According to the airline, it carries all the benefits of Gold status plus further perks, some of which members choose themselves. Among them: extra points on the Madrid route, fare upgrades, discounted award flights, and a Gold card the holder can give to someone else.
Existing benefits include preferred seating, an additional 23 kilograms of checked baggage, points that do not expire, lounge and fast-track access, and priority boarding. Points can be earned and redeemed with more than 30 partner companies.
