Frankfurt to host Global Aviation Conference in September 2026

Industry leaders from airlines, airports and suppliers will gather in Frankfurt on 29-30 September 2026 for a two-day conference covering sustainability, AI, fleet finance and geopolitics.

Frankfurt will host the Global Aviation Conference on 29 and 30 September 2026, organised by the Aviovis Group at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. The programme was finalised about two weeks before the event.

Eleven panel discussions are scheduled. They cover sustainability and sustainable aviation fuels, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, aircraft maintenance and aftermarket services, airport development, customer experience and personnel management. Further sessions will address aircraft financing and leasing, the expected shape of air traffic through 2040, and how geopolitical developments affect global aviation.

According to the organiser, the opening address will be given by ITA Airways chief executive Eberhart.

Executives and specialists from a range of carriers and airports have confirmed attendance. The airlines represented include ITA Airways, the Lufthansa Group, Qatar Airways, United Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Saudia, Finnair, Alaska Airlines, Latam, Air Europa and Ryanair. Fraport and Munich Airport are also listed among participants, alongside other aviation companies. The trade publication aeroTELEGRAPH will also be present.
