A Delta Connection flight from South Carolina to Michigan landed without further incident on Tuesday evening after the captain asked for ground staff to meet the aircraft, saying the cabin crew were in conflict.

Flight DL5090, operated by Endeavor Air, left Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport at 7:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, October 13, bound for Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, according to the account of the flight.

While the Mitsubishi CRJ-900LR, registration N132EV, was on final approach into Detroit, the flight deck contacted ground operations to ask that inflight management and supervisory staff be waiting at the gate.

The captain told ground control the crew was having conflict issues among the flight attendants and would likely need to be separated to prevent further escalation or an incident.

The aircraft landed safely on runway 21L a few minutes later and taxied to Gate C21, where inflight management personnel were waiting to meet it.

What prompted the dispute between the crew members has not been established.
