Delta updates Delta One business class with new menu and amenities
Delta is refreshing its Delta One business-class offering with a new menu, expanded wine list, and updated amenity kits, starting on transoceanic routes from Los Angeles this autumn.

Delta has announced a set of upgrades to its Delta One business-class cabin, covering food, wine, and amenity kits. The airline said the new service will first appear on transoceanic Delta One routes departing Los Angeles this autumn, before being extended across its network in 2027.
The revised menu includes dishes the carrier described as elevated classics, among them a Wagyu beef burger and Hong Kong-style sea bass, along with a Champagne Taittinger and sorbet pairing. According to Delta, richer ingredients and stronger flavours were chosen so that food retains its taste at altitude. Before the meal service, passengers will receive what the airline calls a sip and settle moment, with a hotel towel, warm nuts, and a drink of their choice placed on the console.
The wine programme, announced separately last month, lists 13 wines from 11 winery partners, with Napa producers and Taittinger prominent. Delta said it is the first and so far only airline to pour Blanton's single-barrel bourbon on board, and Dassai 45 sake will be offered on flights to and from Tokyo-Haneda.
New tableware carrying the airline's logo is also being introduced, together with amenity kits from the Missoni Winter Elsewhere collection. The kits contain wellness products from brands including Grown Alchemist and Marvis, plus a second Missoni pillow and Bombas socks.
The hospitality changes come as new business-class seats arrive on some long-haul aircraft. Delta said it plans to debut upgraded, next-generation Delta One seats.
