LATAM secures $505 million financing for 11 new aircraft
LATAM Airlines Group has arranged a $505 million financing package to support delivery of 11 new-generation aircraft due in the second half of 2026.

LATAM Airlines Group has secured $505 million in financing to support delivery of 11 new aircraft, the company said in a press release. The order includes one Airbus A320neo, four Airbus A321neo jets and six Embraer E195-E2 regional aircraft.
Deliveries are planned for the second half of 2026. BNP Paribas is leading the long-term financing structure behind the deal.
About $400 million of the package is sustainability-linked, meaning some financing terms are tied to LATAM's emissions intensity performance. The airline group gave no further detail on how those emissions targets would be measured or enforced.
The new aircraft are meant to expand and renew LATAM's fleet, which already flies a mix of narrowbody Airbus jets and Embraer regional types across its South American network. No specific routes for the incoming aircraft were named in the financing announcement.
