LOT Polish Airlines adds third chef-designed business class menu

LOT Polish Airlines says its long-haul flights will get a new business class menu from 1 October 2026. The dishes were developed with Przemek Sieradzki, head chef at the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko, and will be served on departures from Warsaw Chopin Airport until 31 March 2027.

It is the third instalment of LOT's "Michelin-Starred Flavours" project. The menu has four main courses, drawn from the food and produce of the Podhale region in southern Poland.

Passengers must choose their main course at least 24 hours before departure. They can do so when booking, or later through the airline's booking management service, its contact centre or sales agents.

LOT is running the project with the Polish Tourism Organisation, a Michelin Guide partner. The airline says the aim is to present Polish cooking to long-haul passengers and to promote the country as a destination.
