QantasLink's first Embraer E190 has arrived in Perth after a roughly 20-hour delivery flight from Norwich in the UK. The aircraft, previously flown by KLM Cityhopper, begins a fleet transition that will see up to 14 E190s replace Network Aviation's Fokker 100s.

QantasLink's first Embraer E190 has arrived in Perth, according to the source, after a delivery flight of about 20 hours from Norwich in the UK. The aircraft crossed Europe, Central Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia before reaching Western Australia. Registered VH-E9A and named "Exmouth", it landed on September 7.
The E190 is not operated by Alliance Airlines, the source states. It previously served KLM Cityhopper as PH-EZC.
The delivery begins a fleet transition at the carrier, which the source says will eventually see up to 14 E190s replace Network Aviation's aging Fokker 100s.
