SR Technics Spain adopts digital tyre and wheel tracking system
SR Technics Spain has become the first MRO organisation worldwide to deploy Bridgestone's Easytrack system, digitising the movement of tyres and wheels through its warehouses and workshops.
SR Technics Spain has become the first maintenance, repair and overhaul organisation worldwide to use Bridgestone's Easytrack system, according to the company. The digital tool records and documents the movement of tyres and wheels through storage areas and the wheel shop, replacing manual processes.
It is now fully integrated into warehouse and wheel shop operations at the Mallorca and Madrid sites. SR Technics said the change cuts processing time by 45 percent and improves planning and data quality, among other things.
