- 2026-02 B757 First Officer reported finding during pre-flight walk around there were screws missing on the pylon and wing fairings.
- 2024-07 Passenger on B757 aircraft reported hearing a significant amount of cabin noise in flight and suggested it was due to a door gasket leaking air.
- 2024-05 B757 Captain reported during landing they selected auto brakes 2. At touchdown the auto brakes grabbed immediately and made the aircraft stop on the runway causing another aircraft behind them to go around.
