- 2024-08 DH8 pilot reported an engine fire warning in flight after the aircraft had been in storage. The crew shut down the affected engine and returned to the departure airport.
- 2022-04 First Officer reported that the Captain refused an aircraft that was not repaired correctly. The flight attendants and the original flight crew refused to fly on the aircraft on dead head status to return to base.
- 2021-08 An Air Carrier Captain reported they spilled a beverage into the trim control panel prior to departure which caused the trim indicators to malfunction while on final approach to their destination. Maintenance signed the aircraft off as airworthy prior to the departure.
