What happened
On November 12, 2011, at approximately 2000 UTC, a Cessna 210N, registered as PT-VMG, was involved in a fatal accident in the Cuiaba Municipality, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The aircraft departed from Pocone/Cuiability Airport (SWPK) and was en route to Fazenda Gaivota Airport (SIAI) in Pocone, Brazil.
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft impacted the terrain, resulting in substantial damage to the plane. The pilot and three passengers sustained 4 fatal injuries.
