Incident Notification
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) about an accident involving a Boeing 737-8AS aircraft. The event occurred on September 18, 2014.
Investigation Coordination
In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB's investigation, given the United States' role as the State of Manufacturer and Design for the aircraft.

The AAIB of the United Kingdom will release all investigative information pertaining to this accident.
