What happened
During the landing phase at Luena Airport, a four-engine aircraft experienced a loss of directional control. As the aircraft was decelerating on the runway, it veered off the paved surface and came to a halt in the adjacent area.
Despite the severity of the excursion, there were no casualties reported. All occupants on board managed to evacuate the aircraft without sustaining any injuries. However, the impact and the nature of the excursion resulted in the aircraft being damaged beyond repair.
