What happened
During the takeoff phase at Luanda-4 de Fevereiro Airport, the flight crew initiated the rotation sequence. However, the aircraft failed to respond to the pilot's inputs during this critical maneuver. As a result, the plane continued along the runway surface without lifting off.
As the takeoff roll progressed, the aircraft eventually overran the end of the runway. The incident concluded when the vehicle came to a complete stop after exiting the paved surface. While there were no injuries reported among the occupants, the impact and the nature of the excursion resulted in the aircraft being damaged beyond repair.
