Accident Overview
The aircraft was on a multi-leg flight from Biak to Jayapura, with an intermediate stop at Serui-Stevanus Rumbewas Airport. After landing at 1019 local time, the crew prepared for the final leg. During the takeoff roll on Runway 28, the crew aborted the takeoff for unknown reasons.
Sequence of Events
During the aborted takeoff, the aircraft veered left and left the runway surface. It contacted soft ground, causing the undercarriage to separate. The aircraft slid for several dozen meters before coming to rest near a wooded area.
Evacuation
All 48 occupants evacuated the aircraft safely.

The aircraft lost its undercarriage. The final resting position was near a wooded area.
