What happened
During an unauthorized flight operation, the crew attempted to touch down at a remote airstrip situated within the Alta Verapaz region. During the approach, the aircraft made contact with trees and crashed into a densely forested area. The impact was followed by a post-crash fire that consumed the entire airframe.
All four occupants of the aircraft were killed in the accident. There were no survivors reported from the wreckage.
