What happened
A twin-engine aircraft crashed in a pasture situated in the vicinity of Saint Jean, Haiti. The incident occurred during an unauthorized flight mission involving the transport of contraband. While the impact resulted in the aircraft being damaged beyond repair, there were no fatalities or injuries reported among the occupants.
At the time of the crash, the aircraft was operating under the registration XB-PYB, though investigations revealed this identification was fraudulent. Following the accident, local law enforcement initiated searches for the crew, specifically focusing on two Mexican pilots and a local individual believed to be part of the illegal operation.
