What happened
During a nighttime flight, a twin-engine aircraft was performing its final approach toward the runway at Parnamirim Air Force Base. While maneuvering for landing, the aircraft impacted the ground a few kilometers before reaching the threshold of the runway. The exact sequence of events leading to the impact remains undetermined.
As a result of the crash, there was one fatality among the passengers. Additionally, the accident left four injured individuals requiring medical attention.
