What happened
During a flight through challenging meteorological conditions, a twin engine aircraft collided with the terrain of Mt Nevado del Tolima. The accident occurred while the plane was maintaining an altitude of 18,000 feet during the cruise phase of the flight.
The impact with the mountain slope resulted in a total of four fatalities, as there were no survivors among the occupants on board.
