Incident Overview
A seaplane conducting a postal flight for Correio Nacional crashed in a remote jungle area approximately 40 kilometers from its intended destination, Guajará-Mirim, in Rondônia State. The aircraft had departed from Forte Principe da Beira and was approaching Guajará-Mirim when the crew encountered engine problems.
