What happened
Shortly after departing from Marabá, an aircraft entered a fatal descent, crashing in the vicinity of a fuel depot situated along the banks of the Rio Tocantins. The accident occurred approximately one minute following the initial takeoff phase.
During the impact, the incident resulted in four fatalities among those on board. One individual, a member of the crew, was successfully recovered from the wreckage following the crash.
Findings
No specific technical causes or contributing factors were detailed regarding the loss of control or the subsequent impact near the riverbank.
