What happened
Following the completion of its landing sequence at Juanda Airport, the aircraft experienced a loss of directional control. The plane drifted from the active runway and exited the airfield perimeter, eventually coming to a stop within a nearby ditch.
During the accident, the two fatalities included both members of the flight crew. While the pilots perished in the event, all other passengers and occupants on board sustained injuries but survived the impact.
Findings
Initial reports indicate that the aircraft went out of control immediately after touchdown, leading to the runway excursion.
