What happened
The incident occurred immediately following liftoff while the aircraft was in the initial climb phase of flight. At this stage, the right engine failed, leading to a loss of performance that caused the airplane to stall. The subsequent crash resulted in injuries to all six individuals on board, comprising two pilots and four passengers from the 36th Squadron.
Findings
The official investigation attributed the accident directly to the mechanical issue encountered during departure. The primary factor identified was the failure of the right engine at takeoff, which precipitated the stall and subsequent impact with the ground.
