What happened
During a specialized mission involving anti-guerrilla surveying, the flight crew encountered unforeseen circumstances that necessitated an emergency descent. While navigating the region, the pilot was forced to attempt an unplanned landing due to the developing situation.
The aircraft subsequently crash landed on Bandeira Peak, situated within the boundaries of Caparaó National Park. The impact resulted in the total loss of the airframe, which was deemed damaged beyond repair.
