What happened
On the date of the incident, an aircraft departed from Mezőkövesd Airport. Shortly after takeoff, while operating at a low altitude, the single-engine airplane collided with a utility pole. The impact caused the aircraft to crash into a forested region situated in Mezőnyárád, which is approximately 4 km northeast of the departure airfield.
