Air Canada to end Vancouver-Singapore service in early 2027
Air Canada is dropping its non-stop Vancouver-Singapore route, its longest by distance, less than three years after launching it. The service ends in late January 2027.

Air Canada has announced it will end non-stop service between Vancouver International Airport and Singapore Changi Airport. The route, the carrier's longest by distance, will cease flying in late January 2027.
The ultra-long-haul connection launched in early 2024. It was meant to support Air Canada's transpacific growth and build Vancouver into a gateway between North America and Southeast Asia.
That leaves the service less than three years in operation.
