Alaska Airlines cuts Honolulu–Pago Pago frequency to twice weekly
Alaska Airlines has reduced service between Honolulu and Pago Pago in American Samoa from three weekly flights to two, with the schedule shifting to Mondays and Thursdays.
Alaska Airlines has trimmed its schedule between Honolulu and Pago Pago in American Samoa. As of 7 September, the carrier operates the route twice a week instead of three times.
The days of operation also changed. Flights now run on Mondays and Thursdays, and an Airbus A330-200 is used on the sector.
Alaska Airlines will add a third weekly frequency back during peak travel periods. That applies from 22 December 2026 to 4 January 2027 and again from 10 June to 13 September 2027.
