Alaska and Hawaiian airlines expand inflight dining in business and first class
Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are rolling out new menus and a revised wine selection in international business class from October, with chefs developing dishes tied to destinations.

Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines will roll out new menus and an updated wine selection in their international business class cabins in October. The dishes were developed with chefs Brady Ishiwata Williams of Seattle and Dell Valdez of Hawaii and are oriented to the destinations served.
On Alaska flights to Tokyo and Seoul, the menu includes Japanese and Korean inspired dishes. Hawaiian Airlines will offer new menus featuring regional specialities from 21 October, and on selected domestic flights from Hawaii, chef Keaka Lee is redesigning the first class catering.
International business class passengers on Hawaiian will be able to pre-order from up to five main courses, as is already possible on Alaska on suitable flights. The selection window runs from 14 days to 20 hours before departure.
From May 2027, chef Renee Erickson is to develop new menus for Alaska flights from Seattle to London, Paris and Athens.
