Breeze Airways to add four destinations and 22 routes next year

Breeze Airways is expanding its network with four new destinations and 22 routes beginning next spring and summer, including a large build-up at Myrtle Beach.

Breeze Airways said Tuesday it will add four destinations and 22 routes, with service starting in the spring and summer.

The new destinations are Boston, Buffalo, New York, Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, according to the airline. Eight of the routes link those cities to markets Breeze already serves.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, accounts for the largest share of the expansion, with 11 new connections. Breeze said capacity there will grow by 70% compared with 2026.

Founder and chief executive David Neeleman said in a news release that each route begins with the question of where direct service can give travellers a convenience they do not already have. The additions bring the airline's service to 95 cities, he said.

The new routes include one-stop "BreezeThru" services. All are now on sale.
