Flybondi has begun transferring parts of its workforce to OCA Air. The new airline, tied to entrepreneur Marcelo Scatturice, will focus on cargo, mail, and logistics and is expected to launch with three aircraft.

Argentine media reported, citing union sources, that more than 200 Flybondi employees have already been notified of the transfer. The restructuring comes amid financial and labor difficulties at Flybondi. Unions have taken the matter to Argentina's labor authority and are demanding a review of the transfers.

Flybondi continues to sell tickets and is said to maintain flight operations until December. What will happen to the airline and its brand after that remains open.
