Harald Gloy to Succeed Soeren Stark as Lufthansa Technik CEO
Harald Gloy will take over as CEO of Lufthansa Technik from February 1, 2027, succeeding Soeren Stark, who is retiring.

Lufthansa Technik has appointed Harald Gloy as its new CEO, effective February 1, 2027. The supervisory board named the 54-year-old to the top post for a five-year term, according to the company. He succeeds Soeren Stark, who is retiring.
Gloy has been a member of the Lufthansa Technik executive board since 2022, serving as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for operational processes and IT. An engineer by training, he began his career at the company more than 25 years ago and also spent time on the executive board of Lufthansa Cargo.
Stark has led Lufthansa Technik since 2022 and will remain in office until his successor takes over. The company said it will decide on a replacement for Gloy as COO as soon as possible.
