PlaneSense to fit satellite internet across PC-12 and PC-24 fleet

The US business aviation operator PlaneSense will equip its entire fleet with Gogo Galileo satellite internet, covering 51 Pilatus PC-12s and 20 PC-24s, with retrofit work running through 2027.

PlaneSense will install Gogo Galileo satellite internet across its fleet, the US business aviation operator said. The programme covers 71 aircraft: 51 Pilatus PC-12s and 20 PC-24s. Aircraft joining the fleet later will get the same equipment.

The first PC-24 fitted with the system is due for delivery at the end of October 2026, when retrofit work on the existing jet fleet also begins. Work on the PC-12 fleet starts in November. PlaneSense aims to finish the conversions by the end of 2027.

Gogo Galileo uses Eutelsat's OneWeb low-earth-orbit satellite network. The installation uses the compact HDX antenna, intended to provide fast connections with low latency. According to the operator, that should allow several passengers to hold video conferences or use streaming services at the same time.
