Plaza Premium Group has launched Allways, its meet-and-assist brand, at London Heathrow Airport. The service provides personalised help to passengers on arrival, in transit and on departure.
According to the company, it pairs dedicated airport assistance with access to premium travel offerings.
Support is available across all Heathrow terminals and is aimed at leisure and business travellers, as well as those transiting the airport. The group said the launch follows findings in ACI World's 2025 ASQ Global Traveller Survey, which it says show rising demand for more personalised and convenient airport experiences.
