Incident Notification
The Air Accident Investigations Unit of Ireland (AAIU-I) has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 777 that occurred on December 2, 2012. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIU-I investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
