Following the event, the United Kingdom's Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) notified the NTSB of the occurrence. Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the AAIB investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the aircraft. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
