What happened
During the initial takeoff phase at Pogapa Airfield, the aircraft experienced a loss of directional control. While performing the takeoff roll, the plane drifted toward the right side of the runway before the crew lost control of the vehicle. The aircraft subsequently exited the runway surface and descended down an embankment, eventually coming to a stop within a nearby ravine.
