What happened
Shortly after departing from Silchar Airport, the aircraft encountered severe meteorological conditions. During the initial stages of flight, the plane became uncontrollable and descended into a crash site located in the vicinity of Santoshpur village. The incident resulted in one fatality among the crew, while two other occupants sustained injuries.
Findings
Preliminary observations indicate that the accident took place during a period of intense weather activity. The flight was operating amidst thunderstorm conditions characterized by significant turbulence and strong downdrafts. These severe atmospheric disturbances are believed to have contributed to the loss of control of the aircraft.
